Design

For this one-bedroom apartment, designed for short-term rental, we leaned into a boutique-hotel sensibility, confident, characterful, and unmistakably its own. We used sculptural furniture and a rich material palette to give the small footprint real presence, with moments of drama in the bedroom and living areas to ensure the space leaves an impression well beyond its size.
