A media agency design and concept pitch, built around a signature idea: a bold red tunnel running through the centre of the space. The tunnel connects reception to the rest of the office, with openings on either side leading into two distinct worlds, one opening onto the workspace, kitchen, brainstorm area, booths, and bathrooms, the other into private offices and meeting rooms for presentations. The red carries through as the agency's defining gesture, while terrazzo, raw concrete, and warm timber ground the more private spaces in a calmer register.
